1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed during business days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PKT).
  • Processing time for standard orders is 3–7 business days.
  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on the size and specifications. Estimated lead times will be communicated upon confirmation of the order.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan):
    Through reputable local courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopards, M&P).
  • International Shipping:
    For export clients, we use reliable freight and cargo partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, air or sea freight) depending on the destination and order volume.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Local shipping charges are calculated based on location and order weight.
  • International shipping charges vary by destination, delivery method, and total shipment weight/volume.
  • Shipping costs (if not included in the order agreement) will be shared in advance and added to the final invoice.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Pakistan: 2–5 business days after dispatch (depending on city).
  • International: 5–15 business days after dispatch (depending on country and customs clearance).
    Delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen events like customs processing, strikes, or natural disasters.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment in real-time using the courier’s official tracking portal.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price quoted by Exhose Industries.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@exhoseindustries.com.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping company and work toward a resolution.

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
